How far in advance can I book an appointment?

Currently, you are able to book an appointment 4 weeks in advance. If you have a specific request for a date farther out than 4 weeks, please contact us. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Clients are required to cancel their appointment before the 48 hour window of their appointment in order to avoid late cancellation fees. The cancellation penalty of cancelling within 48 hours of the appointment will be a charge of 50% of the service price. If you have any questions or concerns, please email info@beautystopinc.com

 

.No show appointments will be subject to a charge of the entire service price and may be restricted from booking appointments in the future. No show appointments will not be able to be rebooked.

What if I am going to be late for my appointment

Unfortunately life happens which sometimes may require you to be late for an appointment. If this is the case, please contact us by texting 905-741-0137 and letting us know you will be late. 


Please note that appointments later than 15 minutes may not be eligible for full completion of the service, to ensure clients booked after your appointment can start their appointment on time. After 15 minutes of the start of the appointment, the appointment may be canceled and considered a no show, resulting in a charge of the entire service fee. Unfortunately we cannot rebook no show appointments. 

Please arrive on time for all appointments to avoid this.
