BOOK APPOINTMENT
BOOKING POLICY
1. ALL appointments require a valid card be put on file upon booking appointments. This card will be used to charge late cancellation fees or no-show fees. Please note, if the card is removed following booking, the appointment will be automatically cancelled, as well as any other appointments that are upcoming. Rebooking can only take place once a valid card has been added back onto the customer profile.

2. E-transfers and cheques are NOT accepted.

3. Booking will not take place without a valid card on file. Any charged amounts are NON-REFUNDABLE as they will be made due to late cancellation or no-shows.

4. If appointments are cancelled within 48 hours of appointment, the entire price of the service fee will be charged to the card provided, as well as the service charge (permanent makeup and tiny tattoo appointments will be charged $150 late cancellation fee). This charge will NOT be transferrable to new appointment.

5. No-shows will be also be charged 100% of the service fee.

6. Appointments cancelled prior to 48 hours of appointment will allow the deposit to be moved to another appointment. Zero refunds. In very rare cases where there is a refund, a gift card or store credit will be issued and the tip for the service technician will be forfeited.

7. Clients more than 15 minutes late are subject to having their appointment cancelled if we cannot accommodate without interfering the appointment scheduled for after, and will result in being charged as a no-show. If you are going to be late, we ask that you contact the studio by directly to let us know you will be late.

8. If the card on file declines, you will be unable to rebook until full payment is made.
​
9. Frequent cancellations and lates can result in the inability to book with Beauty Stop Inc in the future.
