Owner and founder of Beauty Stop Inc, director of education for Beauty Stop Inc Academy and winner of Best Eyelash Technician in the Hamilton Spectator Readers Choice awards for 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.
Josephine has been in the beauty industry for 6+ years, beginning with eyelash extensions, and soon after expanding into eyebrows, waxing, facial services and most recently laser, through InMode Laser Academy.

Josephine completed her education at International Beauty Institute and continued on to receive her educators certificate in order to launch Beauty Stop Inc's sister company, Beauty Stop Inc Academy.

Josephine and Beauty Stop Inc have become well known in the beauty industry, allowing her to attend Toronto's first Lash Fest conference as a V.I.P, and has already been invited back for the 2024 Lash Fest conference.​
