CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY

We understand that life happens, but last minute cancellations for a small business can be incredibly detrimental to our business. For this reason, Beauty Stop Inc requires cards be submitted prior to booking appointments to ensure bookings are cancelled within a reasonable time (48 hours). Please continue reading to view our cancellation and late policy.

What is our cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Clients are required to cancel their appointment before the 48 hour window of their appointment in order to avoid cancellation fees. The cancellation penalty of cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will be a charge of 100% of the service price. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled outside the 48 hour window will be allowed to move charge to another appointment date. 

No show appointments will be subject to a charge of the entire service price and may be restricted from booking appointments in the future.

What is our late policy?

Unfortunately, accepting clients who are running late results in the remainder of the scheduled appointments for the day to be pushed back which is unfair to other clients who have their specific dates and times prebooked in advance with us. Beauty Stop Inc reserves the right to cancel appointments that are 15 minutes or more past the scheduled time and the appointment will be considered a no show. This will result in a charge of 100% of your service fee as well as the inability to move your charge to another scheduled date.

Clients who are running late for their appointment are asked to contact the studio via phone call to let us know you will be late. 

Please note, frequent lates can result in you being unable to book with us in the future.
